incompetence just gets worse

just an update on previous review got an email yesterday morning saying belfast depot manager would phone me personally within 24 hours but obviously he must of been sleeping today as he never phoned and i refuse to pay for 0844 numbers which are not in my phone package so they can now go to hell and i will never use parcel force again or retailers that use them as i buy mostly of the internet i have contacted the retailer who i purchased of and am getting a refund the retailer wont be using these gangsters again

rubbish company

bought hp620 laptop took over 31/2 mins to start emailed oyyy they told me to fone hp my contract wasnt with hp how ever did so only to find out that laptop did not come with full waranty as stated but came with limited business warranty i am not in business i am an ordinary consumer am still waiting for refund and want to warn people if anything goes wrong this company do not seem to want to no in there ad it said faulty items could be returned within 7 days i shouldnt of had to fone hp then oyyy would not arrange for return unless i agreed to there terms absolutely blackmail in my opinion am going to trading standards
