Haven't always enjoyed the service at my local store but more recently have been there and also my mums local halfords. Staff in both stores approached me, were very helpful! Maybe new management, I don't know but feel so much happier to return to their stores :)
Ordered a cross trainer 3 weeks ago as Xmas present didn't arrive on delivery date, called to arrange another. Still got voicemails to book a delivery slot so phoned the day before it was due but instead told it was unavailable (2 days before Xmas) have now noticed that the coupon I used £30 off when you spend over £200 has been reversed to my account as I've no longer purchased the item (not through choice!) they are trying to CHARGE me the £30 I was getting off!! Absolute joke, customer service are shocking didn't even apologise.
