Internet trauma, but problem resolved

Had some trouble with the website - it wouldn't let me add a message (I was sending a gift), so had to call. But staff very helpful - took my message down by hand and made sure everything was despatched OK, and the gift arrived on time to the right place, so all's well that ends well.

Very pleased that I was able to phone and reach a real person straight away - no mucking about with automated menus.
