delivery service could be better

Hi guys, I'm hoping it will be a good product but as I was out when DX tried to deliver it four days early I'm now having to wait until 2 Jan for it to be redelivered, never in my life have I heard of a carrier company who don't allow you to collect from their depot, not an option with DX, perhaps a different courier company might be an option
