Very poor customer service

Ordered one game and received game for a different console. Packing slip was correct but picker made a mistake. Sent messages via Twitter, Facebook and website on the Saturday morning when I received package, the last Saturday before Christmas. Did not receive a response until the Monday after. I find it hard to believe that on what would be a busy day that there was nobody to monitor messages etc. My response was basically send it back and we will refund you. Not quite what I expected given it was so close to Christmas and this was a present and the fact it was totally their mistake. I was expected to spend money to return item and provide packaging leaving me at a loss when I have done nothing wrong. Needless to say I will not be using again.
