I regularly buy training equipment for my daughter from ProSwimwear and have no problems. The equipment is always as described and arrives quickly. Would recommend if you need a one stop shop for all your serious swimmers needs.
I ordered an new PC from this company. When it arrived I started attaching all my kit to the front USB ports to get everything set up. I could not get anything to be recognized so I called their helpline. I spent over an hour on the phone with a technician who had me try a number of reboots and driver installs to get just a simple USB mouse to work. I removed a working USB mouse from another PC and plugged it into a USB port in the back of the new PC, it worked. I plugged it into the front USB ports, it didn't work. I plugged it back into the back of the PC it didn't work. The technician then stated the PC would need to be returned to be looked at as the front USB ports were clearly at fault.
PC was returned to me 10 days later with a note to say it was working fine when checked. In the meantime when I tried to attach all my hardware back to my old PC none of it could be recognized. I then went round 3 ofther PC's and got the same result so basically all my kit worth over £2000 has been damaged by the PC's front USB Ports.
I called PC Specialist who refused to accept there is a fault with the PC or that it caused any damage to other items. The technician I spent over an hour on the phone to apparently can't remember anything and made no notes.
Nobody in the company management was willing to even speak to me or register a complaint and a request for their insurance details, so I could make a claim, was refused.
