very disappointing - wish I had gone direct to ferry company

first point - I do not find your website very user friendly.

Second, due to whatever I seemed to have booked the ferry the wrong way around i.e. outward ferry was booked as return and vice versa. This was spotted as soon as email confirmation was received. This was easily corrected over he telephone but at a cost of GBP25. Had I gone with Wightlink directly, or via he AA there would have been no charge for this quick and easy amendment. I shall not use you again.
