After being in all day on Monday 30th I noticed in the evening a missed delivery slip on the door mat with simply flat 2 scribbled across name date and time. I rang the number and arranged for the next available day delivery Tuesday 31st, I waited in all day tuned to the sound for the doorbell which I had turned up to ensure I heard it, after getting annoyed I went to check the door anyway, another slip this time with nothing written on it, almost as if they had left the parcel in the van pushed a slip through and drove away.
Let me ask you this what is a delivery company that doesn't deliver, a bad one.
It looks like ill have to deal with the seller over this as it's impossible to speak to anybody at this company, all automated and seems to recognise that 2 attempted deliveries have been made and I'm sorry I'm not traveling to London to pick it up when it wasn't properly attempted.
