I had paid an extra amount of money to have my parcel delivered to me on a given date, such was the urgency. Yodel's online tracking system had me believe it was with the courier, only to check online again, some several hours later as the parcel had not been delivered. When I called Yodel to inquire, they offered no thorough explanation and were extremely vague in giving a reason why it had not been delivered - Their saving grace was to assure me I would receive it the following day... I didn't. I called again and was assured that it would be delivered before 6 pm and as by now, you can figure... it wasn't. An absolute disgrace.
