At the time of hitting the order button I was very happy with the shopping experience. However, if all went downhill after that. The email to confirm the order stated that I would receive confirmation of a date and time for delivery. I did not receive this. Then I was left a delivery note saying I had missed the planned delivery slot. I had not; I didn't know when it was. I phoned to rearrange re-delivery to be told that as I had not been in when agreed it would cost me another £50 to re-deliver. This being because they have there our delivery vehicles and do not use couriers. I lost it at this point and the call was ended. A second phone call, once I had calmed down, had me talking to the sales manager who was more receptive and did offer me a free re-delivery. However, my mind was made up and I went to the competition.
I have been a regular of Pedal On for a few years now. All of my new bikes have come from here, and that is because of the customer service that you get. You are more than just a customer, you are someone who matters to the shop. All of the shop staff are very experienced cyclists in all disciplines and will always provide impartial and helpful advice.
