Dawsons = Waste of Time

I tried to order an Irig keys from Dawsons before Christmas. The problem is they include stock on order in their stock levels, which was the case for the keys. I was initially told delivery would take a week, which would have been OK. Then a full week after that date (with no communication) was told it would be another three weeks.

I pointed out the problems with advertised “stock” levels, but was ignored.
Every communication was answered by a different member of staff.

I gave up with Dawsons, there are many better internet music retailers..

Please accept my apologies for the lack of communication you received regarding the progression of your order. This falls below our usually high standard of customer service. Dawsons do endeavour to contact every customer when there has been any change to delivery dates. We do advise on the website when the product is on back-order when the product is added to the basket. Estimated delivery times are also shown at this point.

They got it right.

Competitive pricing and fast delivery.
Also very quick and helpful communication over a minor problem with my order.

I have not used Music Matter before but would recommend them..
