I tried to order an Irig keys from Dawsons before Christmas. The problem is they include stock on order in their stock levels, which was the case for the keys. I was initially told delivery would take a week, which would have been OK. Then a full week after that date (with no communication) was told it would be another three weeks.
I pointed out the problems with advertised “stock” levels, but was ignored.
Every communication was answered by a different member of staff.
I gave up with Dawsons, there are many better internet music retailers..
