finally a quality mattress
I've always brought cheap beds from Dreams or Bensons for Bed's etc. They do the job I guess. But I decided to replace my 7yr old spring mattress with a quality alternative.
After a bit of research on Google, I found that Latex mattress's are pretty good all rounders. Better than Memory foam.
Yanis was top of the list when you type latex mattress into Google. I saw the previous TrustPilot reviews (about 30 reviews) and thought I'd give it a shot.
When I purchased it (Super Comfort Latex), it was 15% off, so ordered straight away. then I realised KING size would be too big. I emailed at night, and rang at 8.59am the next day. He'd already read my email and changed the order to a DOUBLE and changed the delivery date.
They also followed up my queries about the need to turn the mattress over.

Ordered 3 pairs of SealSkinz socks, but I was sent the 'updated' version which I couldn't use. The picture and description on the website didn't match what I was sent.
Spoke to customer service, who were very polite and efficient.
I got a full refund, but not the cost of posting the item back to them.

Ordered a drill. Yes, you can get it a few pounds cheaper elsewhere, but I've been bitten a few times with 'scam' shops which take your money but don't send you the item (or the correct item). So better safe, than sorry.

Cost a few more pence than the cheapest website BUT JustOffBase has more positive reviews. So stick with a decent company and your less lilkey to get ripped off. And if theres any problems, there more likely to sort it out.
