Item was bought well in advance to be taken away to university by my daughter. Sadly Boohoo's incompetence kept the item moving around their depots but never getting to me or even contacting me. Despite numerous emails all you get is a generic computer reply saying they will get back to you; they don't. they have no readily available phone number so they seem to deter customers from actually speaking to them. I managed to track down a number via internet searches of complaint sites.. When I finally spoke to a person the product arrived soon after but still many days late. Needless to say with such incompetence as the norm I will not use them again..
Still trying to call customer services to find when i can go to the depot to get my parcel but gave up after 15 minutes of automated rubbish. They can't even tell you how many people are in the queue in front of you. The website is equally useless at trying to find where your parcel is. I will not willingly use this company.
