I had ordered flowers for my Mum's birthday and recevied an email to inform me that they have been delivered, I thought wow that is fantastic, so I then phoned the reciepient to ask if she had received the delivery and was met with the question - what delivery????? she knew nothing about, very disappointing that this is not synchronised so emails are received when items are delivered. I tried to phone Iflorist who infact were uncontactable, I tried by phone and also sent two emails to which I still have not received any response. So all in all my experience with this company has been very disappointing and I shall not be using their services again anytime soon.
