Great response time, good bouquet BUT roses already 'over' and voucher not deducted.

I had some problems with the website, requested password resets were not received. As a result, I ordered later than had been planned. Having said that, I was very happy with the speed of the delivery, especially having forgotten to complete the order the day before partly because of the website problem.
There was a money off voucher code that I used but was not deducted, which I will take up separately.
The bouquet was overall good, but I saw it one day later and the roses were clearly 'over'. My mum had mentioned this when they were delivered as it was obvious then. She was told that they were not fresh due to the holiday period!! Not good enough I'm afraid. Either remove them or ensure they are fresh.
