Partial order from ProSwimwear

Hello Michal,

A partial order from your company ProSwimwear arrived today-I love what I received! But only four of the six items from my order were in the package that arrived. There was no explanation about the two missing items. However, the two missing items were charged to my credit card through PayPal two weeks ago.

Please let me know when these items will be delivered or will my account be credited the amount (for a total of approximately twenty-five US dollars)?

Two weeks waiting for cool merchandise with reasonable prices!

Despite the mixed reviews, I am still hopeful that I will get a quick response about the shipping status on the order that I placed through Paypal a week before Christmas. Fortunately, I am in no rush so I have high hopes for a successful delivery from Pro Swimwear before February!

We pride ourselves on the high level of customer service we offer our customers and I am sorry that you feel we have disappointed you on this occasion.

Please be advised that we have emailed you about the situation when the order was placed. The Aqua Sphere Santiago Swim Jammers are not in stock and were discontinued so we can not get them any more while the Yingfa 9402-1 Lightning Arrow Sharkskin Jammers Black/Blue will be back in stock by the end of January. We have emailed you to ask if you would like to replace those items for other ones on 23rd December and we never had a reply from you. I have also replied to you via PayPal.
