Excellent Overall Experience

The products selection is amazing and the prices are cheaper for the same items on other sites.
I bought a Limited edition Beastie Boys watch on pre-order and it was sent as soon as it came into stock as per the info on the website.
Unfortunately the watch was broken when I received it, but the lads at Baxxt were extremely helpful and sent out a replacement immediately. They were even flexible enough to send me a different colour after I'd changed my mind.
The only tiny critism is lack of communication. It would have been good to receive an email when the watch was sent.
