I have been requesting reimbuirsement for the appalling Bouquet sent to my Mother in Belgium since the 17th December 2013. The 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE IS NON-EXISTENT !!!!!!!
After a failure to secure my Money, I emailed the Managing Director on the 14th Jan 2014, & although I have an automated response, I HAVE HEARD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM HIM.
All my requests & Questions have been ignored.
THIS IS A VERY BAD COMPANY
REPORT THEM TO THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING
