Customer focussed!
The web-site told me that the Wolf-Garten pond net I wanted was out-of-stock but offered to send me an e-mail when it was back in stock (nice touch). Richard Eley came back immediately to offer an alternative product which was more suitable for my needs. Arrived next day, well packaged. Excellent in-touch service. Will use again.
My Pension Expert
Superb! Would be 5 stars if not for company policy.
Shane Kao really knows his stuff on pensions. He took the trouble to find out about one of my more arcane pensions plans couldn't have done any more to be helpful. Shane was polite, considerate, patient and not at all pushy. My only slight reservation is that mypensionexpert company policy does not appear to allow advisors to offer sufficient rebate on their commission in order to secure a sale. Otherwise, the rating would be 5 stars; faultless! If you are coming up to pensionable age, I recommend that you don't just take what is offered but consult several different providers about exercising your Open Market Option (OMO) including, notably, mypensionexpert. You will get a better pension.

Very quick and efficient service; competitive pricing on fish food.
The web-site is very easy to use and order handling is excellent. Pricing for fish food is competitive but still pretty high for bird peanuts. Delivery was very quick and packaging excellent. I shall probably use G J W Titmuss again if they remain price-competitive.
