As always with a new untried Internet supplier, I was cautious about trustworthiness and reliability.
I found their mobile platform disappointing and despite several attempts was unable to process my order. I resorted to a phone order, which did take time and therefore add to cost. I was promised a discounted price but when the order was processed I had benn charged the full price. This was sorted, after another expensive phone call and I was refunded the difference. The products were delivered promptly and were of a good standard.
Despite my complaint regarding how I was mis charged and had incurred additional costs, no further compensation was offered.
So, good luck with the mobile app, be careful with the amount you are charged. But overall I think they will sort out any problems that might occur.
