One star for no support

Great software in my opinion and they are always improving their programs. I bought the life time subscription but there is no one behind the curtain. I have had hard drive problems on two different occasions and if you reload there software then plug in the life time key code issued to you it will reject it as being installed on multiple computers. Email support and your email goes into the black hole of cyber space. No response no nothing from them on 2 different emails and I even gave them my phone number! But I will give them credit after I send email berate them I try again after a couple of days it majically works.. so if your hard drive crashes good luck on restoring their software.
