Lastminute
almost every flight
Very rare that I use a travel agent anymore, been booking holiday flights through lastminute.com for the last 6 or 7 years and never had an issue yet.
Only minor problem is the website doesn't remember your date inputs when your trying to do another search with similar requirements.
Apart from that the search tools and products have been faultless in my experience.

failed to deliver
Is it just me or is ordering saturday delivery just a waste of time - ie. wasting all day saturday while you wait for something that is never going to come.

good products and service
As a late idea i ordered half a dozen bottles of champagne as surprise christmas gifts for female family members and requested saturday delivery before christmas. Just on time the bad weather threatened to prevent the delivery, Laithwaites sent an email with a contact number advising of issues due to the weather. I called them and they tracked the order and managed to ensure it got to me on time.
According to the girls the product was as good as the service, I just need to get my order in a little earlier this year.
