I ordered a bouquet of flowers for Christmas for a friend.
They asked me for a contact number even though I put it in the order. I replied within 1 hour (I can prove it) and asked them to make sure the flowers get to the provided address. Guess what? It never got there!!!
Now I feel ridiculous and silly for choosing the worst florist possible.
