I purchased a jacket. Paid extra for the next working day delivery and chose the next available date. However it didnt get dispatched until thw day it was meant to arrive. It was a replacement christmas present so i had a disappointed teenager. Upon contacting the company they told me the system shouldnt have given me the choice of dates that it did. Offered me 10% off of a future order which i didnt require. Would not offer me any refund even though the jacket went down by £10 the following day. I did ask for a refund on the delivery charge which i believe i deserved and they have informed me i will recieve it.
