Astonishingly poor customer services.

Don't use Bon'a'parte Fashion on line. The UK Bonaparte customer service did treat a concern I had with contempt. Also some of the quality of the clothes isn't great.


Customer service needs a complete over-haul.

I do agree with the Tesco customer on Trust Pilot who said they've never had a pleasant experience in Tesco. I'd add to that view by saying the customer service ethic is awful. I wonder if Tesco are a bad employer to work for as quite a few of the staff seem grumpy and unhelpful and they are not worried about being rude to customers. I won't go in a Tesco store any more.


Poetry do lovely clothes and the service is very good.

I would recommend Poetry fashion on line. I've used them quite often and their clothes are nice modern designs and the natural fabrics are particularly nice especially the linen. Good efficient service.


Staff always lovely at my local Waitrose

Whilst Waitrose isn't perhaps the cheapest grocer, its definitely worth doing your shopping as they are really polite and helpful. Its a little more relaxing shopping experience I think as well. I never feel harrassed when I'm in Waitrose.


Terrible customer services - dreadful attitude

I have ordered a couple of times through Peter Hahn. Firstly the delivery time to UK is extremely slow (everything comes from Germany but this is not very clear as you are ordering on a UK website. However, my main concern is that the customer services is really really awful. When you ring customer services they are unhelpful, have no customer empathy, when you ask for help with say the website, they claim they don't know anything about the website. During a recent conversation with Peter Hahn customer services in UK I asked whether my return package had been received by them and when could I expect a refund only to me answered by an unhelpful monotone female voice who said she didn't know if my return had been processed and had no way of telling! I sent 3 separate emails to Peter Hahn trying to find out about my order, all of which were ignored. When I complained to their offices in Germany they sent a voucher as compensation (only a £10.00 voucher- rather a small amount for my trouble) but I then found the voucher did not work. When I emailed to ask why the voucher didn't work, someone from Peter Hahn rang and then just argued that it was the fault of someone else for sending the wrong type of voucer. I'll never order through these people again!! Mrs Robinson.

Charlotte and Co have lovely products, very good reductions in their sales and the items arrive really quickly.

If you are looking for lovely statement jewellery, something a bit different and nicely made, do try Galibardy on line. The stuff is simply lovely and its very reasonably priced - great gift ideas too.


Kaleidoscope Customer Services too slow

I did eventually get my refund for the faulty shoes but it did take 3 months to sort it out. That is not very good.
