In good faith I placed an order with Iflorist, select delivery for 31/12/2013 even told the recipient in the States that they were going to be delivered. She waited in all day, nothing arrived and I have checked with them each day since so far 7 days later nothing. I have email through the web site twice and have phoned on a daily basis, so far no responce to emails and on the sixth day of phoning got through only to be cut off when I had chosen who I wanted to talk to. In fact I tried all the departments and cut me off except sales, all they offered was for quick orders press 1 which did not work. I also noticed when looking at the order online that the delivery date had been changed, I still have the original confirmation email confirming delivery for 31/12/2013 even though they have changed it to 2014/01/03. So my conclusion is all they want is your money not your business.
