Worse Then City Link over £5,000 of damages and all rejected.

Where do I start, we moved from City link to these con merchants to find out they were 10x worse.

They were full of promises when they signed our company up to the service and yet the damages that happen are beyond a joke.

Just an example of what cost us £1,000, the driver drops an engine attached to a pallet off the back of his truck, the customer calls us to say and we say sign for as damaged. The customer signed for it damaged and TNT reject the claim which was caused by their incompetent driver the other end.

We have witnessed drivers throwing our parcels on top of other parcels and some are 30-40kg so their is no respect.

I have emailed the complaints department on numerous occasions yet each time I find myself talking to no one. I hate leaving bad reviews but TNT your mistakes have nearly pushed our company to bankruptcy especially as we lose the money, have to pay you for damaging our parcels, and we lose a customer each time.

I would give 0 stars if possible and would reccomend everyone to go to watchdog about this shambles of a company as most people would be done for theft for the mistakes you have made.
