So, I ordered a few things from woolworths as I was told it would be free and fast delivery. The prices were abit steep especially considering the quality when they arrived, thus however, is not my problem. I was told after paying that my order of 3 items would be split over 3 days. The corrier they use only give a huge 12 hour time gap to wait in. One day they didn't turn up at all. I waited in for four days to receive my products. I tried changing a product before it had even been dispatched and they refused, I'd have to wait until it was delivered, get a refund and send it back afterwards, which would also disqualify me from the three for two deal. When ringing to speak to customer services I got cut off often and staff that couldn't tell me where my products were, baring in mind the number is high rate! One of the things I ordered was a ready to dress tree. Half of the baubles were smashed or dented and a branch of the tree fell of in my hand at a touch! Biggest waste of money ever! Rubbish service, rubbish products and rubbish customer service! Never again! Wanna send me an apology and my money back my email is firstname.lastname@example.org
