Installed, worked for ten minutes, albeit at a much slower speed than my previous service, then stopped and has not worked since. Continual excuses and empty promises. Numerous calls to BT, over five hours on the phone to them and achieved absolutely nothing whatsoever. Problem at the exchange, six promises of when it will be fixed but nothing yet. Why is it so difficult, time consuming and frustrating dealing with this company! BT have by quite some margin the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
