I made an order nearly 4 weeks ago it's supposedly been delivered and signed for by me? Weird that because that is a HUGE lie!! River island have ignored repeated emails and calls all I get is an automated response saying they will get back to me in 48 hours, yet nearly a week after my first email no reply still.. I finally got a email after 2 phone calls today asking me to download a form print it out fill it in then post it back? Wtf?? Why do I have to go out if my way when I'm not at fault.. Sort your customer service out River island and whoever is at the complaints/customer service need to either be retrained or replaced!! I will NEVER ever use River island again your a joke!
I made an order from river island in December, got an email saying it would be delivered on 3 rd jan.. I then got an email off river island saying yodel had the parcel, so I tracked the parcel and it stated that yodel had delivered the parcel on the 30th.. Now I knew this was untrue as I was home all day this day and I had certainly not opened the door and signed for this parcel and neither had anyone else!! I phoned yodel who said someone had signed for it?? Untrue!! Now river island want me to compete forms print them post them etc etc.. So after 7 emails and numerous phone calls I still have no refund or parcel.. Why would yodel say this parcel delivery man has been to my house and I've signed ( in my name) for something I haven't had. Disgusted at the blatant lies and passing the buck from both yodel and river island.
