I sent in a review recently after iflorist completely messed up some funeral flowers for my baby niece. They ignored 2 email complaints so I posted a review and got the following response :
Please accept our deepest apologies with regards to the issues you have had, we are currently investigating these issues which we will act upon when we know what exactly happened, in the meantime i will be refunding your order in full and the florist in question will not be receiving any more orders from us, i will, also contact you personally to offer you a complimentary bouquet by way of an apology.
To date they have not contacted me to offer the bouquet or refunded my money. I feel they have only put this response online to make themselves look better and are not the least bit sorry and have no intention of honoring their promise. My recommendation is do not risk using this company - you only have to look on here to see the high volume of unhappy customers.
