Can't fault them. Received an email telling me there was a one-day sale, so took advantage of it (30% off). Ordered a load of herbs and spices at a good price (even without the discount). Have some very unusual stuff that I've not seen elsewhere.Have whole spices/seeds and ground. Also do a good range of sizes from quite small to 'bulk', and in tubs or loose. Ordered on 10th and arrived on 15th - could possibly be a bit quicker on delivery, but that's acceptable. Excellent communication throughout by email. The courier (DPD) was superb - sent an email to say coming the next day, then an email telling me the name of the driver and a ONE HOUR slot - which was met, despite us being very hard to find out in the sticks in wild Wales. Fantastic.
I've been using another supplier for years and have been very happy with them (gave them a 5 star review). However, they've changed their website and it's a nightmare now ! Also - minimum spend for free delivery is £65, so I always have to order more than I actually want. I decided to google for other suppliers and found AOB. Reviews looked very good and convincing, prices good, and free delivery kicks in at just £49. So I placed an order at midday on Wednesday. Got email saying it had shipped on Thursday, and it arrived at 8.45 am on Friday. Well packed. Brilliant. My previous supplier has just lost a customer, and AOB have gained one.
First time I've used this company - I think they may be ONLY online. I found them while looking for bulk affordable weed killer, and they had a 5 lt professional product advertised at £25.01 - cheap ! I put it in my basket and left it overnight as I wanted to measure up for some polytunnel plastic the next day. Next day - the product had suddenly disappeared from my basket and was now £34.60. They said on phone that they'd got the price wrong. I ordered anyway. Now 2 weeks later - nothing has arrived. I chased after a week and they discovered the courier had delivered to a different address ( I have a totally unique Welsh housename and address, out in the middle of nowhere !). They couldn't contact the driver on the Friday, and said would call on Monday - no call. On Tuesday they said they had located it and it would be with me asap. On Wednesday they said flooding had delayed things - I drove through the exact area of flooding they claimed had foiled them to do my weekly shop - twice ! Now 2 weeks have gone by- constant waffle to placate me - still nothing delivered. I have told them I shall write as many damning reviews as I can. I shall pursue this to the bitter end - they have nearly £70 of my money which they were surprisingly competent at processing !
Have just taken delivery of a wardrobe. Excellent quality at a very reasonable price, and took about 20 mins to put together. Communication was faultless from both PineSolutions and the delivery people who sent an email and then phoned to book a 4 hr slot. My only tiny grumble is 'over the top' Health and Safety by the delivery people. I received a slightly brusque email advising me that the delivery guys would take the item to any room, unpack etc, but it was my responsibility if anything got damaged blah blah blah, and they couldn't even remove footwear doe to H & S requirements. Yeah - I'm going to let them tramp through the snow then all through the house up to my bedroom. And putting down sheets (as advised) would actually have been more of a H & S risk as they could easily trip on them. Stupid. I had to leave it in the kitchen and move it myself. Would definitely use PineSolutions again though.
Also trade as Street End Feeds, for some reason I don't understand, which might 'split' their reviews. Anyway - I've been using them for years to order seeds, bird feeders and various other bits and bobs. If you order seed, with anything else, delivery is free, which is great, as it can be quite a heavy parcel. With rare exception, the stuff usually comes the next day, but never more than a couple or three days. I get most of my seed now from a local country store since I moved to Wales, but I've put my sister onto them, and totally recommend them to anyone.
Having read the reviews already here, there's very little I can add. Don't know if this company is still in business, but I suspect they'll just start trading under a different name - so watch out ! Their products are absolute rubbish - I reported them to trading standards earlier this year. I returned some goods, recorded delivery, and three weeks later they claimed they'd never received them. I threatened legal action and, what a surprise, they suddenly found them. I eventually got my refund, but it took weeks.

Having recently discovered Trustpilot, I thought I'd write a few reviews of Suppliers I've been using. I was amazed to read the negative review from 'toni' in Manchester (have to say, a bit difficult to understand very well - toni , your grammar and spelling need a bit of attention to say the least !!). I've been ordering from The Home Brew Shop for years, previously in Wiltshire, and now in Wales. Never had a problem, super service, and always fast delivery. Also - brilliant free delivery over a certain spend, despite often very heavy parcels which must cost a fair bit.
Felt I had to update this old review - these guys never cease to amaze me with their service, apart from stocking some really good wines at good prices. I ordered at 6.47 am on 15/1, got confirmation at 9.01 same morning, and notice of shipment at 9.02. Wine arrived next day, superbly packaged as usual. Don't know how they mange to do it. Brilliant.

Can't fault them. Found exactly the wine I wanted, at a discount price for a case. Arrived just 2 days after I placed the order (placed on a Sunday). Very good pacakging - two boxes inside another box, and padded with polystyrene chips. They've got a new customer, and deserve it - why can't other people do the same ? I shall 'vote with my feet ' !
