Very good and gave me confidence
I had tried to book flights with Expedia on two separate occasions. I put the phone down on them twiced! I then stumbled acrosss ebookers and they too me through the booking process without any hassle.

The price was very competitive
I bought a Sebo vacuum cleaner. The price was better than else where. I think the customer and delivery service let it down a little. There was no communication that they were currently waiting for stock to arrive. I was given no notice of the delivery date so had to rearrange. I had to ask customer service for the parcel number in order to track it. However, customer service are very prompt to reply and do answer your questions, but you just have to ask. The product is superb and as I said the price was very good.
