Utility companies will always come in for some flak but Three deserve a higher score. I was with Vodaphone, O2, Virgin mobile and Orange before and Three have had the better network, pricing (for my needs at least) and when it comes to renewal no hassles.
I found these guys on ebay selling a polishing tool for Sandstone flooring and have since bought replacement discs from them. Nothing has been a problem for them (changing delivery address, changing order quantity etc). I am not sure how many stone companies are out there and the typical prices but these seemed good and a good customer service.
I had 2 small vps's with GBServers while I was working out if I need a dedicated. They worked with me on all technical questions and gave an excellent level of service.
In the end I moved to a dedicated elsewhere and miss the customer service GBServers were able to give me as I've had problems since :(
I have had two sets of Nexen tyres from Ctyres over the past few years. They have been the lowest price I could find on the internet and luckily were not far from me so I was able to get them fitted at the main place. On one occasion they "refused" to change my front tyres as there was plenty of tread left on them...of course they would have if I had insisted but they saved me 6 months on a new pair.
As far as the Nexen's go they are superb...better than the original continentals.
I've only used Expedia to book flights however I was surprised to see the poor rating they had seeing as I have only had good experiences.
The website is user friendly given the options they need to manage and their customer service have answered questions when I had them.
I had a few books arrive damaged (poor delivery or not enough packaging?) and the RMA process took less than 5 mins. A courier arrived the next day to collect the damaged books and I had new ones within a week.
I couldn't ask for more given the circumstances really.
I wanted a pair of prescription sunglasses for a holiday as in the past I needed to wear contract lenses in order to wear shades. Turnaround was good seeing my lenses were custom made and I was able to afford extra coatings with the price I saved if I had went to my optician.
All in all a good experience and I'll be back for some rimless glasses soon.
I've been making computers for personal use since 1999 when compatibility of hardware was a serious concern. Although it has become much easier now I love the overclocking bundles they do as it's all been tested to work with one another at no extra cost than buying them elsewhere as far as I can tell. Add to this the personal touch and friendliness of the company, I have found my go to company when it comes to new machine rebuilds.
I've ordered several times from David & Janet and each time has been a pleasure. David has even taken the time to answer technical questions above and beyond what is required to ensure I bought exactly what I needed.
In the odd time that I have returned goods under warranty (they have a longer warranty than other retailers) it has been a quick and easy process.
This is a business that I keep recommending again and again!
