I made one order with Workwear Express. They have a large product range and very competitive pricing which is why I chose to use them.
I uploaded my artwork and paid online. It was shortly after this point I regretted ever giving them my money. When I heard nothing about my order for days I phone up to check the status.
I was told my order was "being processed" and they were really busy and understaffed. The lady I spoke to had very little to say other than she was too busy to give me any specific details on my order.
My proof finally came through a few days later and I approved it in minutes. Then I waited...and waited....
So I phoned up and was told the date it was being delivered, which was of course outside their 7-10 day turnaround. No surprise it did not come on this day.
The order arrived later the next week.
The printing was of a decent quality and as specified in my order.
In summary this seems like a disorganised operation with a nice website to hide the true nature of their company. There are plenty of other companies online who offer similar competitive pricing and understand customer service.
I have no doubt workwear express will post a reply to this stating they provide "the highest possible service" and "strive to improve" but when it comes down to it, this will not rectify my wasted time and the hundreds of customers they will let down in the future.
Over the Christmas period, where delivery time take longer I was very pleased to see Interparcel were advertising they were able to do a Christmas Eve pick-up for next working day delivery. Unfortunately however this was not a product which they could deliver or even existed. When I called the local UPS depot (who fulfil "Interparcel's own" services) they informed me they were not making any pick-ups that day and had not received the instruction from Interparcel. My pick-up was then delayed until 27th which was the next working, causing my shipment to be delayed, which has a knock-on effect on a subsequent delivery which had been scheduled with this in mind.
When I make a courier order, it is understandable things can be delayed, especially over the Christmas period. What is completely unacceptable is that Interparcel sell a service which they have no intention or method of fulfilling.
Of course Interparcel refused all blame for this. Appalling website accuracy and terrible customer service.
