From bad to worse.

I use xdp for my items from my online shop and send about a 100 items per day, if it works first time fine if not you have a big problem along with your customers, xdp have now taken off the phone numbers of the local depots and you now have to phone customer services and good luck with that, it normally takes 3/4 days of calls then you get told lies, ie we will phone the customer or will make sure it goes today, never happened yet. You could always try and email them another joke never yet had an answer. If you're thinking of using xdp don't! if your with them already get out fast they will harm you and your business. John

Thanks Jennifer, we emailed senior management and could not even send us an answer, here is your help line number – 0333 0111000 (spoke to sue once what a joke she is! ) can I suggest you phone it and just see how well you get on I have phoned and emailed 4 times a day from Monday , moving to TNT soon just before you shut me down......

Hello John, I can only apologise, but can advise you that as of monday there is going to be an alternative phone number on the website for consignee which will free up the customer service number for XDP customers. I know you have had issues over the last few weeks, and in view of the changes that are going to be made you might review your decision, I do understand the situation your in.

Hello John, The phone numbers were taken off on a trial, could I ask you to email sales@xdp.co.uk with your account details and the above comments this can be passed onto senior management.
John xdp do take notice of any complaints made and are constantly making changes to improve the system, If as you have pointed out this has caused a problem then xdp would appreciate a formal email.
