Great Customer Service

I couldn't complete my on-line order as the screen froze. So, I rang the next day and was advised that the item had gone out of stock. I was advised that I'd be notified as soon as the item came back in stock. This took some time as their supplier had problems. But, they were true to their word. I placed my order and they were even kind enough to waive postage. Excellent PR. Thank you Simply Swim.
