Wrong items sent...

We had to wait for 2 weeks for the item to arrive and when it did arrive it was the wrong size planter. So we sent the wrong item back, good pick up service here, but then had to wait another 2 weeks for our planter to be sent to us even though they said that they had it in stock.

The product we bought was very good, but we felt let down that the wait was so long on the replacement item.

I'm sorry you were sent the wrong item. Around Chelsea is a very busy time of year for us and while this is no excuse, we like to think this kind of thing happens very rarely. I'm sorry for the poor service you received.

Sorry you felt let down for the 2 week lead time. This is however the advertised lead time on the website. We are hoping to be able to get this down at some point.
