We ordered around 15 samples from 5 different companies for the two blinds we were intending to purchase with Christmas money given to us for the purpose. We may not have been comparing apples with apples but these guys weren't the cheapest but theirs was the sample we liked best.
We didn't receive an emailed order confirmation so I googled them and found some bad reviews which was obviously worrying particularly as this was a Christmas present so I felt a bit responsible to get something good with the money. So I contacted the company using their online form. Now, it isn't the best system, but they do provide details of delivery (including Citylink reference). Our blinds arrived within the stated delivery time.
The blinds themselves were both lovely and exactly as expected; good quality and good fit. So the only issue is that the communication is a little different to many other online retailers but once you know what to expect it's good.
We've bought a few picture/poster frames off Amazon and they were ok quality for the price but now we were looking for a frame for our 'Costa Coffee Style' coffee poster to go in our brand new kitchen so we wanted something really good. A few google searches found Art Republic and we liked their frames and were also pleased to see it was a Brighton-based company as we love Brighton and with us in the Gatwick area it's a local company. Unfortunately, the frame arrived promptly but had been damaged in transit. However, I contacted Ben at Art Republic and he resolved the matter extremely quickly and we're delighted with both the frame and service so I've added them to Trust Pilot so I can say that.
I had more reason to deal with the customer service team than is probably usual as due to a techy issue I ended up ordering my bed and mattress twice!! However, they say the true gauge of customer service is not how it goes when it goes right but what happens when it all goes wrong and for me it went well. I placed my order in the evening and had a phone call regarding it at 8 the next morning. Follow up calls sorted all the problems out and the items (as described) were with me a couple of days later. Even the delivery guys they used were pleasant and friendly. I don't intend needing a bed for a while but I'd definitely use Time4Sleep again and recommend them.
