I love the Achica concept BUT their customer service is appalling and the quality of goods poor. I wanted to buy from them again having had a break for a few months and took a look on Trustpilot to see if things had improved. I was incredibly shocked to see so many negative comments that mirror my own experience of their poor performance.
Let me explain... on more than one occasion I received goods that looked shop soiled or were damaged (& obviously the onus was on me to return them which was not easy it was furniture and badly packaged to start with). On another occasion I had to chase them relentless for 12 weeks for a refund of c.£1000 for two chairs that never arrived and they could not fulfil. On yet another occasion I ordered and paid for a pair of sunglasses and 6 weeks later I received a refund without any communication from them.
The website may be wonderfully glossy and full of things that I'd love to buy but they don't make buying from them easy, let alone a pleasure or "luxury" experience!
Given my own and others experiences, I'm going to give it a while longer and hope they up their game.
