Sytner BMW Ripoff

I've religiously been taking my 5 series to Sytner Cardiff for its servicing and paying their ridiculously high fees (£90 per hour), but no more. Today I was faced with a £650 for a minor service and they had the cheek to charge £90 plus vat for looking for a squeak they found but couldnt work out what it was - they wanted me to authorise another 2 hrs to find it. I'm now going to start taking my car to http://www.pjmotorscardiff.co.uk/ which I should have done years ago for half the price.

Terrible customer service

Still waiting for my wardrobe doors, customer services do not answer the phones or answer emails - I can only imagine the nightmare of sending things back to Spaceslide (if they ever arrive)

Excellent service and great price

Used A to Z removals in Caldicot to move from our house in Cardiff. This was the first time we have used a removal company and opted for the complete packing service. A to Z were by far the nicest (and best price) by far having had 4 other quotes (one of whom even chased us up a week after moving home!). I cannot speak highly enough of A to Z, they arrived on time, spent all day packing everything carefully and all our goods arrived at our destination without any damage to neither possessions or property. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be using them again.

Hill Fencing

Very poor service

I had these guys round to quote, they failed to provide the quote they promised, and even after chasing them for the quote, promised again but never delivered.

Some people clearly dont want business.

I was really nervous about leaving my child but the staff were so reassuring and friendly my mind was put at ease. The feedback a the end of his day made me feel that I was part of his day.

I wish I could give zero stars

BT is the standard to which you set bad companies by, inept and useless. If it were an animal it would be put down. Dont even think about using them for your broadband or fixed line they are at best useless, and heaven forbid if you ever need to get in touch with them for anything.

We've been using Jamie from JP Executive Lettings for many years to deal with all our corporate short term lets and he never lets us down, always provides great accommodation and the services to go with it. If you are going to use JP Executive Lettings, I'd strongly suggest you focus around the Cardiff Bay area as this has some of the best accommodation and most central to restaurants etc.
