What a terrible experience I have had!
Ordered my daughter a Christmas present, a tote bag worth £120.00, parcel arrives late, she opens it on Christmas day and it is the wrong item - a wash bag worth £29.00. In addition to this, they have sent me all the personal contact details of another customer. This is a breach of the Data Protection Act! They are refusing to credit me back for the bag until they find the item that they lost and their customer service is a joke.
My daughter is so upset at the whole thing as its been weeks and she still doesnt have a christmas present... I'm losing the will to live trying to get this sorted out!
For such a reputable company, this is just a joke. Get me my order and I expect some compensation
