excellent service
the 1st parcel did not arrive. darren then sent a replacement parcel free of charge. both parcels arrived on the same day. i informed darren that i now had twice what i had ordered and was told to keep them both without further payment.
this is a first class business with 1st class customer care.

1st class service from friendly staff
i have never written a review before but felt compelled because of the excellent service from the staff at tdlonline. they advised me and helped with all aspects of my heating and plumbing questions. i bought a whole house package from boiler, underfloor heating system pipe work and fittings for all domestic hot and cold water. i spent 2 weeks sending my updated lists to them and when i finally ordered 2 pallets arrived on the day i requested. i highly recommend this firm and will use them again. many thanks to malcolm and matt.
