We have investigated this case internally and can confirm that both the knots and the stickers issue stemmed from problems with the bat manufacturer. This should have been picked up by us but unfortunately we missed it. We should never have sent you the bat and the Barrington Sports Team accept full responsibility for doing so. The customer service and warehouse departments are both now aware of your specific case, as is the bat manufacturer.
