Emailed to see what has happened to my delivery but no one replies.How does a company get away with this!!!

Hello Kathleen, I have checked your consignment number. I would advise you contact your supplier as these goods have not been released to XDP as yet, Which is why there is no information on the tracking.

Customer Service!!!! Where?

Ordered chest of drawers and was told it would be delivered on 9/1/2014.Received email the night before to say there was a delay with delivery.No explanation as to why there was a delay!! Have tried several times to ring them and sent 4 emails which are ignored.WHERE IS MY ORDER.
How long does it take to check whereabout of an order?AND still cannot get in touch with customer services.Never dealt with a firm like this before and will be advising everyone I know to steer well clear.It is totally digusting that people are unable to get in touch with anyone from this company and the fact that they do not even have the decency to reply to customer emails.
