Overpriced, bad customer service, AVOID

Most products sold there are two or three times more expensive than other DIY stores. We reserved something online for store pick up it showed as available in the store we've selected Hendon, London. When we went to the store and they told us that this item would not be sold at the price quoted online but at the original price. When I called their customer service they told me that the store can decide not to sell it at the SALE price and it was all on the website, I couldn't find it there. Sorry Homebase this is the last time I try to buy anything from you, you lost me as a customer.

Misleading website and unhelpful staff is a "good way" to attract customers especially as there is so much competition in the DIY sector.

Tredz Bikes

Prices are good, delivery very bad

This is the third time I ordered items from Tredz and every single time the order was delayed. They will let you know but I find it anoying if the item shows in stock to get an email they are expectiong delivery from their warehouse. So if you don't mind waiting for a couple of weeks then this is the place for you to buy your bike stuff.

The last thing we want is to alienate customers through poor service. Unfortunately this appears to have happened in your case. The experience you've had with Tredz has been far from satisfactory and way below the level of service we strive to offer.

If you can email us on info@tredz.co.uk with your order number/s (please mark it for the attention of the manager), we'll be able to take a better look at what's happened here and see what we can do to try and make things better.
