Other than having poor delivery - item was left with neighbour when I was actually home, their customer service is appaling. Made me pay for item to be collected when I found it to have a mark on the surface and that they had very clearly misdescribed the item on their website. Would not accept any liability and were very rude and made many assumptions and said that I had used the item on the phone before even receiving it back and me telling them that it was still in the box!! Did not listen or appreciate any concerns. I am usually very patient, but they made me shout. So be prepared, that if you find a fault or the item is not as you expect you will have to pay - REGARDLESS!!! Better off buying from a more reputable retailer.
