The best delivery service ever.

It actually arrived when they said it would! I received a text and an email at 8:26 stating that my phone would be delivered by Frank between 9:04 and 10:04. I was also offered the option of delivery to a neighbour or on another day and was able to track the location of it so knew exactly when to expect it to arrive.
No waiting in from 7 am to 8 am and then being informed that delivery had failed because there had been no one at home to accept the package as happened with another courier company. The service couldn't be better.



I received a text at 11:05 this morning to say that my package (Virgin phone) was out for delivery and would be with me by 9 pm. It was to be delivered to my daughter's address where someone would be at home to sign for it. At 7:45 pm it had not been delivered so I obtained the following tracking information:

It did not state "delivery attempted" or "card left" but when I phoned for tracking info' I was informed, via the automated service, that delivery had been attempted and a card left. That is a lie, a neighbour has CCTV. There was someone at home all day and more importantly no card was left.
No option to request redelivery was offered on their tracking site. After four calls to Virgin I eventually managed to get a free phone number for Yodel and was advised that It would enable me to speak to a real person; it didn't! I can't speak to anyone and I can't reschedule on line They are a complete disgrace. I have no idea of how to proceed from here on. It's now 23:42 pm so I will have to wait until tomorrow.
