Help to fight online fraud

It's over two months since froomoo took £475 off me and absolutely nothing. Now pursuing via the bank, but if everyone reports them hopefully the police will also take action. The online form is a bit long, but hopefully it will be worth it!

We are a company based in Birmingham- this is not online fraud- we do state on our website that goods take around 10 working days for dispatch from our depot as they are not being shipped from the UK. we can see that this order has been sorted.
we do ask all customers to email support@biddi.com or call 0121 643-9988
