Placed order on the 30th of December.
promised delivery 2nd of January.
called on the 31st of December to be told it will be delivered on the 6th of January.
on the 6th half the consignment arrives.
since then they cannot deliver the missing parcel and excuse after excuse is made by them . the delivery company XDP is just as PATHETIC as them .

pathetic service

there has never been a delivery company that cannot be contacted by phone. every company i have dealt with such as Parcelforce ,DHL , TNT all have a dedicated customer inquiry line where problems can be solved. XDP is the only company that cannot be contacted . my consignment noZWASSR069627 is still at their delivery depot and nobody can tell me why. i wonder if xdp bother reading reviews because it appears they dont give a damn about their customers. with this attitude they are destined to go bust

you have not bothered to get back to me to tell me why my consignment noZWASSR069627 is still at your delivery depot. the telephone number on your website is a premium rate 0843 number that nobody answers and your email address doesnt exist!!!!!!!!!! what kind of service does your company offer? do you have any customer focus whatsoever? will you ever be able to trace the missing consignment and deliver to me?

Hello Andy, Thankyou for the update, Im really glad your missing part was with you today.
I know you have mentioned that the line that has recently been added for consignee's to call is a chargeable number and goes unanswered, As I have previously mentioned in my replies that all comments within reviews are noted, this line is a direct result of requests on trustpilot. Although the number is chargeable its not your typical number where you are answered within 3 rings and subsequently put on hold whilst waiting for the next adviser, XDP felt it would be less costly for people without that, it has been set up that it does "ring" even when the line is engaged leaving it open for any other customer service adviser to pick up the call.

Hello Andy, There is a signed POD from the 6th at 14:18 for a 2 piece consignment. There is a part 3 which had a label reprint done yesterday, I will need to speak to the depot to find out what the issue is.
I will update you tomorrow.
The contact phone number issue is in the process of being amended, to elevate the contact problem.
